Where did you get your products, and why are you selling them?
We receive our products from several different locations. We specialize in purchasing closeouts, over-stocked items, store returns, and discontinued models.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Only Washington State Residents need to include sales tax of 8.6%

How do you ship items?
Most items under 1 pound are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. All other items shipped via Fed-Ex Ground. All books, CD's, console games and movies are shipped media mail which usually takes longer than regular mail. Any items over 1 pound will not ship to HI or AK without prior approval. Sorry, we do not ship internationally.

What if my item is damaged?
All items are fully tested and inspected before being sold on our Online Store. If by chance you receive a damaged or non-working product, please contact us as soon as possible so that we may resolve the issue. We guarantee 100% satisfaction.
